Apple Crumble Recipe

Ingredients
Serves 4 to 6 portions
6 apples
5 teaspoons of brown or maple sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Vanilla extract
2 teaspoons of butter (Vegan option: Earth Balance)

CRUMBLE:
1/2 cup Hot Cereal 4 grains with Chia GoGo Quinoa
1/2 cup of your favorite flour (or flour mix)
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of coconut palm sugar (or brown sugar)
3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil

Preparation 
Preheat oven at 350 ºF.
Peel and cut apples in medium chunks. Place on a dish and toss with sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and dot with butter (earth balance).
For the crumble, in a bowl, combien hot cereal mix, flour, sugar and coconut oil ans mix gently with the tips of your fingers. Sprinkle over fruit. 
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve hot (with ice cream or whipped cream) or simply warm.
