What's expected throughout the fast


Expect;
• Hunger Pangs go away on Day 3. You will still want & crave food but physically you will no longer be hungry.
• You will experience weakness especially during days 2,3 &4. These are also your most weakest days. If possible Plan a light schedule for these days.
• A lot of Sleeping
• There will be Major temptations: & Food Cravings . Keep focusing on reasons for fasting. Your rewards are immeasurable.
• Revelations through people, dreams etc  

• Expect it to be hard, fasting isn't the easiest thing to do.
• You can be super emotional too during this time,especially women, all across emotions ranging from irritable, overwhelm, depression, motivated etc.

What's Expected (Wk 1) 

Day 1 
Generally okay. May start to get hungry after 12 hrs or so depending on your regular eating patterns. These hunger pangs are light & controllable.
Day 2
Major hunger pangs & food cravings & temptations. The hardest day. Stay as destructed as possible. Stay busy. Day 2 is generally when the battle is won/lost. So persevere guys! Sometimes we give up when we are just 2 minutes away from the finish line :). Hang in there, don’t give up now.(A hero is no braver than an ordinary man, but he brave 5 minutes longer.)
Day 3
Feeling very weak. Hunger pangs are mostly gone. Although you will not longer be physically hungry, you will still experience food cravings & temptations. May experience headaches & dizziness. That's normal & part of the process, Stay hydrate
Day 4
Feeling weak but may return to a normal day's work, although at a slower pace than usual. Although you will not longer be physically hungry, you will still experience food cravings & temptations.
Day 5
Feeling weak but may return to a normal day's work, although at a slower pace than usual. Although you will not longer be physically hungry, you will still experience food cravings & temptations.
Day 6
Feeling weak but may return to a normal day's work, although at a slower pace than usual. Although you will not longer be physically hungry, you will still experience food cravings & temptations.
Day 7
Feeling weak but may return to a normal day's work, although at a slower pace than usual. Although you will not longer be physically hungry, you will still experience food cravings & temptations.

What's Expected (Wk 2)
Day 8
Feeling weak but may return to a normal day's work, although at a slower pace than usual. Although you will not longer be physically hungry, you will still experience food cravings & temptations.
Day 9
Feeling weak but may return to a normal day's work, although at a slower pace than usual. Although you will not longer be physically hungry, you will still experience food cravings & temptations.
Day 10
Feeling weak but may return to a normal's day work, although at a slower pace than usual. Although you will not longer be physically hungry, you will still experience food cravings & temptations.
Day 11
Feeling weak but may return to a normal day's work, although at a slower pace than usual. Although you will not longer be physically hungry, you will still experience food cravings & temptations.
Day 12
Feeling weak but may return to a normal day's work, although at a slower pace than usual. Although you will not longer be physically hungry, you will still experience food cravings & temptations.
Day 13
Feeling weak but may return to a normal day's work, although at a slower pace than usual. Although you will not longer be physically hungry, you will still experience food cravings & temptations.
Day 14
Feeling weak but may return to a normal day's work, although at a slower pace than usual. Although you will not longer be physically hungry, you will still experience food cravings & temptations.

What's Expected (Wk 3)
Day 15
Feeling weak but may return to a normal day's work, although at a slower pace than usual. Although you will not longer be physically hungry, you will still experience food cravings & temptations.
Day 16
Feeling weak but may return to a normal day's work, although at a slower pace than usual. Although you will not longer be physically hungry, you will still experience food cravings & temptations.

Day 17
Feeling weak but may return to a normal's day work, although at a slower pace than usual. Although you will not longer be physically hungry, you will still experience food cravings & temptations.
Day 18
Feeling weak but may return to a normal day's work, although at a slower pace than usual. Although you will not longer be physically hungry, you will still experience food cravings & temptations.
Day 19 

Feeling weak but may return to a normal day's work, although at a slower pace than usual. Although you will not longer be physically hungry, you will still experience food cravings & temptations. Day 20
Feeling weak but may return to a normal's day work, although at a slower pace than usual. Although you will not longer be physically hungry, you will still experience food cravings & temptations.
Day 21
