Spicy Cabbage & Tomato Stirfry, a VHE Recipe
About The Spicy Cabbage & Tomato Stirfry
Native to Zimbabwe, Southern African, this dish is often served with corn meal, and very common to families that can not afford to eat meat.

Recipe 
Serves 4
Ingredients
• 1 tbsp Cooking oil
• 1 onion
• 1.2 tomato, chopped
• 2 cups Sliced Cabbage
Optional
• 1 chilli (chopped)
• Spices; Turmeric & Cayenne pepper

Instructions
• Heat oil in a stirfry pan
• Add onions, chilli and cabbage and toss until slightly cooked but still crunchy
• Add tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes
• Add spices

Serve as a side with a whole grain or meat
