1. Put 1 teaspoon of coconut oil into your mouth. 2. Swish oil in mouth for 15 - 20 minutes.

3. Spit out oil in garbage.
*Never swallow swished oil as it now loaded with bacteria and other toxins. *Do not spit out oil in sink as oil solidifies and will clog your sink.

1. Best done first thing in the morning before eating anything, but can be done before meals.2. Other oils such as safflower, sunflower, or vegetable oil can be used. Higher quality oils like extra virgin coconut oil have better effects.3. Oil can be mixed with essential oils with mouth care benefiting properties such as Malaleuca, Clove & Oregano.
4. Swish for 15 - 20 minutes and the n spit out before toxins are reabsorbed.
