...About Aerobic Exercise...
Aerobic exercise is;
Anaerobic exercise is;
The two differ in duration, intensity of muscle contraction and by how energy is generated im the muscles. e.g. short distance running and strength training.

CARDIO
Any exercise that raises ones heart rate. The heart is a muscle, and moving muscles makes them stronger. Stronger heart means more oxygen to cells meaning more requirement of energy, meaning burning of fat during and throughout day.  

STRENGTH TRAINING
Weight Lifting
Weigh training is about muscle strengthening and or building.
Tone muscle; Low weight, High reps; 4sets  - 10/12/15 @2kgs
Build muscle; High weight , Low reps; 4sets - 6/8/10 @4kgs

...Types of Aerobic Exercise...
• Walking
Walk whenever you can, get off the bus early, use the stairs  
•  Jogging or Running
•  Swimming
• Cycling
