HOW TO BREAK AN OLD HABIT
1. Define Habit
Become aware and acknowledge bad habit 
Cognitive Script. Habits are also pleasurable. Release dopamine and encourage repeat.
2. Replace Habit with new empowering good habit
3. Pain bad habit and Pleasure new habit
4. Disturb old pattern 
Identify and Break cue; Emotions; Overwhlem, guilt etc
5. Master Habit
Be patient. Determination and consistency.
Falling and  getting up  
Be aware
It takes time, so be patient and loving with yourself.
